The Bread Corner at the Igaralde-Goena hamlet in the Brinkola neighbourhood offers a complete experience of the milling and baking tradition of the region. In addition to shepherds, blacksmiths, farmers and miners, among others, the milliner and the consumption of bread have a constant presence throughout the history of the region.
