Location: Between Gipuzkoa and Araba. It serves four municipalities of Araba and seven municipalities of Gipuzkoa.
How to get there: From the Sanctuary 8 km from Oñati, go towards the Urbia meadows. Another option is to take the N-1 motorway to the Altasasu and Idiazabal exists, and from there take Highway GI-2637 towards Zegama, until you get to Otzuarte Alto.

-Accessibility: the Interpretation Centre has an elevator and adapted services. The adapted road for people with reduced mobility starts at Arantzazu Sanctuary.
Weather: In general, the weather is humid. Due to the area's altitude, there are no droughts in the Summer, and the temperature is warm. On the other hand, Winters are cold. The north slope is colder than the south slope.
OBSERVATIONS: It is possible to camp for a night at one of the designated camping areas. If you wish to camp for a longer period, you need to get a permit.
