The chapel of Sancti Spiritus University can be seen on the fourth right side of the façade. From here we can access the Events Hall from the backside through the choir. The altarpiece is made up of considerable dimensions and is well crafted. This work is attributed to the artist Pierres Picart, who also worked on the chapel of la Piedad of the parish church of San Miguel.
It consists of predella, four bodies and an upper part. Although his style belongs to Plateresque art, it matches very closely with the Mannerist art, especially in the distribution of the upper part, which is not surprising, as the Author of Berruguete altarpiece, the master who apparently influenced Picart, represents a first approximation to Mannerism.
The central column has relief's of San Miguel, Coming of the Holy Spirit and Ascension of the Virgin, a coat of arms of Don Rodrigo and a self-relief of the Eternal Father.
